For the next 30 Days I am attempting to eat as Paleo as possible. I have attempted many times before and I usually last 2-4 weeks but taking a break on the weekends.
I am doing a Paleo PLUS1 challenge...
The plus one is any time I go off the plan I am going to have to do 1 extra exercise (running, pulls ups, burpees etc)
I was inspired to do this challenge by my friend at the gym, thanks Jessie :)
So here it to actually being honest about what I eat during the day
